DQs are totally spoilt..expecting a giveaway for every landmark ! Well, why not? And to further spoil them, we have with us fellow DQ, Sudha, of Madras Motifs fame, offering a giveaway to celebrate our 400th member milestone ! Over to Sudha..

How did I get into this?? Not the Give-away, but Madras Motifs?? Don't remember much, but back then all I wanted was to avoid sleeping the noons away. From that thought I have come a long way. All things off beat fascinate me - bags, kids clothes, home decors, quirky accessories and all such madness.

Madras Motif is a small home run business that believes in slow design and each piece we make is made one at a time, by hand. Everything is designed and constructed by myself, Sudha, here at my home from my sunny balcony. In my work, I strive to create durable and long lasting items that are both functional and beautiful. I have a minimalistic style to designing, and I let the fabric do the talking.
