The Queen Bee for the month of August is DQ Veena, fondly called Techybee. She takes care of the technical aspects of the DQ FB page as well as the blog, apart from being the nurturing sort to all newbies and freshies, though she is an 'aspiring quilter' as she calls herself.
Drawing some heavy inspiration from the 'Mod Quads' quilt made by Linda Guitar in Black and White, she came up with a slight variation of the block. The instructions and pattern sizes are her own.
